We seldom write reviews but based on our recent positive experience purchasing a condo apartment in downtown Toronto, we felt compelled to submit this message unsolicited. We wholeheartedly recommend Wins as a realtor, with whom we’d work again in any future real estate considerations in Toronto. Wins is an exceptional professional who is thoroughly prepared and competent as well as being diligent, proactive, and responsive. Furthermore, she is engagingly courteous, authentic, and customer-focused in all her interaction with us and others we’ve observed. It was a pleasure and a breeze to work with Wins earlier this year in our search and purchase. We’ve bought and sold personal real estate elsewhere, so we have reasonable yet high expectations of professionals in terms of quality of local market knowledge, capability, dedication and above all trust. Just a glimpse into her excellence: Wins politely accepted our impromptu call a few months ago and took the time to get to know us – our first phone call lasted over two hours. The most dedicated, reliable, responsive, and hardworking real estate agent there is. Non-debatable. I was out of the country and Wins helped take care of the sale of my MLS condo every step of the way from start to finish. From the rental tenant moving out, to fixing apartment damages, to moving furniture, to clearing out the space for the sale, to cleaning; she was there for it all.
